Published by Arion Press (San Francisco, 1987). Tipped in etched portrait frontispiece portrait of Hoyem by Jim Dine, one of 120 copies. Signed by Dine at frontispiece, signed by Andrew Hoyem at half-title.
* The Bird & Bull Press Commemorative 100 Coronas by Henry Morris
Published by Bird & Bull Press (Newtown, PA, 1988). Quarter Morocco, rust cloth with silver printing and decoration on cover, gilt spine title with silver proof coin No. 199 set in a matching cloth folder, together housed in slipcase. No. 89 of 350 copies. Prospectus and two 25 Coronas bills (No. 36961, 36962) laid in.
